# Directions:
01 - Set a skillet over medium heat and allow it to preheat.
02 - Evenly spread the softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread pizza sauce in a thin, even layer.
04 - Distribute shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni slices, a pinch of dried oregano, and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese over the sauced sides.
05 - Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side out, to form two sandwiches.
